Terms & conditions of booking a transfer or tour
- Tours and transfers can be booked for one to ten persons
- Airport transfers are available from both Johannesburg OR Tambo airport and Nelspruit KMI airport
- All tours and transfers need to be booked at least three days (72hrs) before tour departure or transfer direct with the lodge
- A 50% deposit is require when booking. This is refundable upto 72hours before tour or transfer date. If canceeled less than three days before departure date the deposit is not refundable.
- All vehicle’s are insured and all drivers are qualified with a PDP
- We offer a picnic lunch at an additional charge of R375 per person and this must be booked at the same time as booking the tour
